Edlong Corporate Research Chef Anne Druschitz joins Research Chefs Association Culinology Board of Directors

The Edlong Team congratulates our own Corporate Research Chef Anne Druschitz, CRC, who has been elected to the Research Chefs Association Culinology board of directors.

The leading professional community for food research and development, members of the Research Chefs Association include the pioneers of the discipline of Culinology® – the blending of culinary arts and the science of food.

Prior to her new responsibilities with the Research Chefs Association, Anne served as the chair for the RCA’s largest and most active region, Chicagoland, for more than 10 years, and remains involved locally as a member of the Chicagoland regional steering committee. Druschitz is currently in her 12th year as Corporate Research Chef at Edlong. Anne holds an AAS in Culinary Arts from Kendall College, as well as a BS in Food Studies from New York University.

“I’m eager to help further the mission of the RCA; cultivating collaborations between the chefs and food science professionals who develop food to increase innovation, quality and speed-to-market,” added Druschitz.
