Company debuts innovative vegan and dairy-free applications at Stand 09.0D3
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL, USA [October 12 2017]—Edlong Dairy Technologies, a leading manufacturer of dairy and dairy-free flavors, will be an exhibitor at Food Ingredients Europe (FiE), a key food and beverage industry trade show in Frankfurt, Germany. The company will feature The Science of Delicious through the unique way it balances science and artistry to create authentic taste in food and beverages. Visitors can sample innovative demos made with Edlong flavors that meet the dietary preferences of today’s consumers.

Demos will include a gluten-free snack with flavors that mask high-protein ingredients and protein-rich vegetarian truffles with indulgent flavors. Edlong will also feature an allergen-free vegan cheese spread made with flavors that replace high-cost commodity butter and cheese, and vegan candies with flavors that contribute dairy characteristics.
Edlong will be part of the show’s “Free-From” Innovation Tour and will be highlighted in the allergen-free track. The event takes place November 28-30 at Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH, Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage 1. Edlong will be presenting in Hall 9 across from the Supplier Solutions Seminar.
