We thought we had seen pretty much everything that can be done with bacon. Ice cream, vodka, coffee, even lip balm…if it’s a food item, it’s a sure bet it’s been done with bacon.

Being the innovators that we are, we thought we would see if we could do bacon jam one better and we feel pretty pleased with the decadent results.
A Great Duo
It’s our opinion that nothing goes better with bacon than cheese and that idea was the source of our inspiration. First we created a classic bacon jam base. We then paired our Natural Cheddar flavor with our Natural Brown Sugar flavor to bring an unexpected yeasty and savory note with a hint of caramel sweetness to balance the salty bacon.
