IFS Audit

Here at Edlong, we’re continuously growing and improving in order to better serve our employees and customers. Food Safety and Quality is Edlong’s highest priority, which is why we’re proud to announce that Edlong scored 100% on our most recent unannounced IFS Audit. The IFS Audit is an extensive appraisal of the processes, procedures, and facilities at an organization to ensure they adhere to the International Featured Standard. The audit is an assessment of food distributors and manufacturers that inspects multiple areas of their food safety management system.

This score is proof of our dedication and care for the quality of our products. The CDC estimates that each year 48 million people get sick, 128,000 people are hospitalized, and 3,000 people die from foodborne illnesses. We place great importance on making sure our products are safe for consumers to enjoy, and we thank our Food Safety & Quality as well as Operations teams for upholding these standards.
