These concentrated dairy ingredients naturally intensify cheese or butter notes, and deliver impactful dairy essences.
Edlong® Simply Dairy ingredients are made from real dairy, and increase richness, creaminess, cheesiness and buttery taste. Unlike flavors, they are listed as their source ingredients on product labels.
