What three words best describe you?
Responsible, honest, loyal.
What was your first job?
My very first job was a bus boy at Red Lobster; anyone care for another cheddar biscuit? Upon graduation from college, I started a small service company which I ran successfully for 20 years before joining the Edlong family.
If you could give your “teenage self” some advice, what would it be?
I would tell my teenage self that you have the rest of your life to be an adult. Slow down and enjoy just being a kid.
Name an item on your bucket list that you still need to accomplish.
Exploring beautiful Alaska and skydiving!
Whose legacy has made an impact on you?
My great-grandparents. They came to America as immigrants from Europe. They didn’t know anyone, couldn’t speak English, and had nothing but the clothes on their backs. They worked hard and made a life for themselves. I have taken this work ethic and applied that to my life. Through hard work, anything is possible.
What is one “fun fact” not many people know about you?
I am secretly a whiz at Sudoku puzzles!
