The Clean Label Conference is the industry’s only product development event dedicated to products with simplified ingredient labels. Edlong flavors help food developers produce cleaner labels, replacing artificial flavors with natural ones. In other words, this show was practically created for us. At this food technology show we will deliver a Technical Snapshot Presentation on Tuesday the 26th. We will discuss the unique attributes of select natural dairy flavors, how they can provide mouthfeel benefits in lower sugar applications, add functionality and authentic dairy taste in any application, and more. We’re also tasting a cardamom cold brew latte to demonstrate how natural dairy flavors can enhance the perception of sweetness in reduced sugar products.
