Hosted by Prepared Foods, the opening keynote–Eric Schnell, Founder of Beyond Brands, will kick things off by talking about how food manufacturers can get an edge on the competition by embracing new innovations and the latest trends. Future Food Tech London, 10.17-10.18
This international innovation and investment summit is held annually in London, San Francisco and New York. It brings together food professionals from global food-tech brands, investors and entrepreneurs. The show’s goal is to accelerate new product development and address critical food industry issues. Edlong Applications Manager Anne Marie Butler will speak on a panel at 11:00am on the 17th titled “Taste, Texture & Nutrition: Ushering in the Next Generation of Alternative Proteins.” We will also be featuring savory Edam-style cheese biscuits. These crispy biscuits are loaded with authentic Edam taste yet are surprisingly, completely vegan.
