Jonathan McIntyre, Jennifer Convery and Sue Pils joined Edlong’s newly formed Advisory Board.

Jonathan has a strong Science and Innovation background and has worked both with CPG(PepsiCo) and Growth businesses like MOTIF FoodWorks. Jonathan recently retired as the CEO for MOTIF FoodWorks where he led a highly innovative business focused on alternative protein solutions.

Jennifer has a B2B strength, working with privately held family business Griffith Foods for 30 years before her retirement in 2022.  Before becoming President of Griffith, she led their sales team for 14 years.

Sue has a passion for transforming cultures and inspiring people at all levels of the organization and seeks to be a trusted advisor to the team on people related issues. Sue communicates a compelling vision that injects the organization’s mission, vision, and values in everything she does.
