Chicago, IL – December 2025 — Edlong, the Food & Beverage industry’s global leader in authentic dairy and dairy-type flavor solutions for over a century, announced today the addition of two senior leaders to its organization: Daniel Kennedy as Vice President of Sales for the U.S. and Canada and Marc Winkler as Vice President of Finance & IT, further strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to grow.
Daniel Kennedy joined Edlong in December as Vice President of Sales for the U.S. and Canada, bringing more than 20 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, and strategic partnerships across the food and nutrition industry. Daniel has a proven track record of driving innovation and delivering multimillion-dollar growth in specialty ingredients through bold thinking and strong sales execution. “Daniel’s passion for customer engagement, team collaboration, and strategic growth will be instrumental as we continue to evolve and strengthen our sales organization,” said Michael Natale, President of Edlong.
Edlong also welcomed Marc Winkler in September as Vice President of Finance & IT, joining the Executive Leadership Team. Marc brings a distinguished career spanning accounting, finance, and information technology, including more than 20 years at Ingredion in leadership roles of increasing responsibility. A Certified Public Accountant, Marc has extensive experience leading SAP implementations and internal IT initiatives, and most recently served as Director of Finance for Ingredion’s Protein Division. “Marc’s unique combination of financial expertise and IT leadership will play a critical role in supporting Edlong’s continued growth and operational excellence,” added Natale.
