Gail Scott
Director of Administration
Gail is an administrative professional with over 15 years of experience across multiple industries. She joined Edlong in April of 2016 and quickly rose to the position of Executive Assistant to the President/CEO. During her time with Edlong, she has worked closely with the Leadership team to execute the company’s vision. In 2020, she was named a Finalist for the Leadership Award at the Chicagoland Admin Awards.
In June of 2020, the Executive Leadership Team began implementing EOS/Traction at Edlong. Gail works closely with Brenda Dehart and our Implementer to put in place and rollout Traction to the Edlong team. In her role, she also manages the Organizational Effectiveness teams, our COVID-19 response and Return to Work plan, and provides administrative assistance to the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team.
