At our quarterly company forum, we announced the winners of our 2026 Edlong Company Awards.
At Edlong, we believe honoring and recognizing the dedication and efforts of our employees is not only important but foundational to our culture, our values, and our formula for success.
These annual awards are just one of the ways we celebrate the contributions of those who continue to help make Edlong what it is today.

2026 Edlong Company Award Winners:
The President’s Award
The President’s Award, presented by Edlong’s President, Michael Natale, is given to an employee demonstrating outstanding performance aligning with and supporting the company’s strategic goals.
Winner: Adriene Summers | Business Process Optimization Specialist
The Harold Stover Award
Loyalty and commitment were hallmarks of former CFO Harold Stover throughout his long and storied career at Edlong. This award celebrates an employee who has displayed the same dedication while also acknowledging their positivity, professionalism, and contributions to Edlong’s success.
Winner: Dirce Ramirez | Senior Account Services Specialist
The Tom Harlin Award
Master Maintenance Mechanic for over 37 years, Tom Harlin’s dedication and devotion to Edlong’s vision and its people were second to none. Named in his honor, this annual award is presented to an Operations team member exemplifying Harlin’s consistency, hard work, and commitment to Edlong.
Winner: Fernando Sandiero | Sanitation Specialist
The Jen Lowry Award
Jen Lowry’s sales leadership, investment in her team, and devotion to her customers created a recipe for growth and success that helped shape Edlong into the company it is today.
In honor of her memory, this award recognizes the Edlong sales team member with the largest YOY sales growth, a winning attitude, and excellence in performance that, like Lowry, goes above and beyond for our organization.
Winner: Chelsea Ramsey | Business Development Manager

Our Formula is the very core of everything that we do, and everything that makes us what we are. This honor is awarded to individuals who, day in and day out, embody Our Formula and strive to help make Edlong everything it can be.
