Elk Grove Village, IL – November 2026 — Edlong, an industry leader in Dairy Taste Technologies, today announced that Efraín Vazquez has joined the company as Vice President of International. He will lead Edlong’s International teams (Mexico, Latin America and Ireland) around the globe.
Efraín brings more than 25 years of experience in the food ingredients industry. His work has covered flavors, starches, sweeteners, emulsifiers and specialty ingredients. He earned a degree in Industrial Engineering and began his career at FX Morales in Mexico in Quality Control and laboratory operations. That early technical work gave him a hands-on understanding of how ingredients perform in real-world applications.
During his career, Efraín has held leadership roles at Sensient, Ingredion and Palsgaard, including two years living and working in Singapore. Most recently, he led business activities across Mexico, Latin America and Brazil. He is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese and brings a strong global perspective, close customer relationships and a passion for mentoring and developing people.
