For the 5th consecutive year, Edlong has been recognized as one of the 2023 Best Places to Work in Illinois by the Daily Herald Suburban Business publication. A global leader in dairy flavor solutions, Edlong ranked 17 in the state in the Small Business category, proudly moving up a few places from last year.
This award recognizes the best places of employment in Illinois and honors those companies which help further the economy and workforce of the state.
The process of determining the Best Places to Work in Illinois involves two parts. The first consists of evaluating the nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics, while the second involves a employee survey to determine the overall employee experience at the company. The final rankings were determined by Workforce Research Group, which managed and analyzed the results of the entire process.
