Edlong to Feature Art of Authenticity at FiE

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL, USA [18 November 2019]—Edlong, a leading manufacturer of dairy and dairy-free flavours, will be an exhibitor at Food Ingredients Europe (FiE), a key food and beverage industry trade show in Paris, France. The company will feature The Art of Authenticity, showcasing the distinct way it creates the authentic taste of dairy, especially in clean-label and plant-based applications. Visitors can sample innovative demos made with Edlong flavours that meet the dietary preferences of today’s consumers.

“Our flavours are constantly evolving to meet the changing needs of consumers,” said Anne-Marie Butler, Edlong Applications Manager, Europe. “Through constant research and innovation, we’re able to elevate mouthfeel and richness of character, mask off-notes and provide authentic dairy taste, even in plant-based, non-dairy and vegan products.”

Demos will include: a clean-label cheese spread made with Edlong® Simply Dairy; an indulgent white chocolate and raspberry sushi that is dairy-free and Halal; a vegetarian savory parmesan biscotti that is Kosher Pareve; and a vegan, allergen-free popcorn with do-it-yourself toppings such as sour cream and butter caramel.

The event takes place December 3-5 at Villepinte Parc des Expositions. Edlong will be presenting in Hall 6 at booth #6J60. To make an appointment to taste Edlong’s innovations, contact Anthony Cameron at acameron@edlong.com.
