The President’s Award
Presented by Edlong’s President, Michael Natale, the President’s Award is given to an employee who has displayed exceptional performance that aligns with and supports the company’s strategic goals.

The Harold Stover
This award recognizes an employee who has demonstrated the same loyalty and commitment as Harold Stover did throughout his long and storied career at Edlong. It also looks to acknowledge the employee’s positive attitude, consistent professionalism, and contributions for the benefit of Edlong.

The Tom Harlin Award
For over 37 years, Tom Harlin, former Master Maintenance Mechanic, was the definition of dedication and devotion to Edlong, its vision, and its people. His namesake award is given yearly to an Operations team member who exemplifies Harlin’s consistent hard work for the company’s success.

The Jen Lowry Award
New this year, this award honors the memory of Jen Lowry, who’s sales leadership, passion for the development of her team, and dedication to her customers helped lead to unprecedented success for Edlong, and helped to shape it into the company it is today.
This award recognizes distinguished sales excellence and is presented to the Edlong sales team member with the largest YOY sales growth and a winning attitude.
