Enriching the lives of those we touch
At Edlong, we accomplish our mission in many ways, including through our corporate social responsibility program, Edlong Enriches.
Under this program, we’re proud to give 1% of our profits to benefit communities and groups including Heifer Foundation, the American Red Cross, Feed My Starving Children, the Chicago Food Depository and others that support our local and global community.
In 2017, we enhanced Edlong Enriches by giving our employees the opportunity to support causes that are personally important to them. We now match their donation 100% and the program renews annually.
We’re always ready to roll up our sleeves to help others. Edlong has supported Feed My Starving Children since 2011. This nonprofit organization enlists both adult and child volunteers to hand-pack meals for malnourished children. The meals are distributed to people who need them most, all over the world. This July 30, Edlong volunteers participated in an event organized by our interns at the organization’s Schaumburg facility.
To date, Edlong Enriches has contributed more than $100,000 to people in need.
