Edlong is excited to announce that Lauren Hopkins has been promoted to Sr. Director of Business Development for the Americas! Lauren has been with Edlong for almost three years now, expanding her role from Business Development Director of the US & Canada to now include the LATAM region as well.
In her new role, Lauren is expanding our capabilities and support in the region through the grand opening of our new office in Queretaro, Mexico. This will give us the opportunity to welcome customers to the new site’s state-of-the-art R&D space and kitchen, which is ideal for flavor solution development.
She believes the biggest opportunities for Edlong to work with food manufacturers in the region are in using flavors to support cost reduction and in authentic dairy flavors for all application segments.
“We work with a lot of multi-national accounts, so linking the different activities and successes across
our multi-national customers will be a huge benefit,” Lauren said.
She also added that “Edlong’s amazing, supportive company culture has enabled me to grow into this expanded role and to feel strongly about the success we will have together!”
